Kashmir; Search for human Conscience



“Kashmir is an unfinished agenda of partition that has fogged the relationship between India and Pakistan for more than seventy years. Recently, it took a turn for worst. According to Human Rights Watch, attacks in Kashmir have resulted in more than 50,000 deaths since 1989. Human rights abuses in the Valley are an ongoing issue and the allegations range from mass killings, forced disappearances, torture, rape to political repression and suppression of freedom of speech.
