LDS theology caused a lot of anxiety to single ladies and sisters who married a man already sealed to previous spouse(s). No joke. A recent single lady convert asked about the fairness of being married as a requirement to reach exaltation. In reality no one knows what happens after this mortal journey.
So if we sustain the top 15 as profits, seers, and revelators, why do we never hear of them prophesying or seeing or revealing things that we need to know like the topic of this talk? In fact, the opposite seems true. They tell you to keep spiritual personal experiences, private, and personal, and to not share them with others. This seems to be a stark contrast to the witnesses of the resurrected Lord in the New Testament.
In D&C Section 138, Christ teaches the gospel to numerous spirits but says nothing to them about temple ordinances. Instead, he simply promises them that after his resurrection, which occurred a day or so later, they would all be crowned with “eternal life” in “his Father’s kingdom” (verse 51). We can conclude from Section 138 that these spirits resurrected promptly into the promised eternal life because Christ’s resurrection ended “the long absence of their spirits from their bodies” (v. 50).

Well, guess we never needed Jesus to begin with then. Also, no member has gifts from God their allowed to share, only stick to church doctrin. This is all unscriptural. William Branham was gifted to see what LDS calls the "spirit world." They were not spirits, they were all humans in their youth. You can search William Branham "Beyond the curtain of time." I Corinthians 15:51-54 are bodies change just like Jesus received his body after he rose. Verse 49 " we have an earthly image and a heavenly image. Also, Samual, Moses and Elijah were all seen as the image they were before they died, not as spirits, human image.
II Corinthians 5:1-4 also mentions a new body (tabernacle).

This is a load of crap (pardon my language). The study of NDEs and past life memories has really become more rigorous in the last decade. The consensus is that God exists, but does not judge. God doesn't seem to care about religious affiliation or ritual. God cares about empathy and authenticity. It's hard to watch someone who has a lot of institutional clout extol the authority of the institution. Mormonism has some great insights about some things, but no authority to just make a blanket statement to disbelieve the accounts of thousands of people telling their own genuine, albeit subjective experiences. There is, amidst the diversity of accounts, a through line, none of which accords with ritual authority. It's about being real, authentic, and kind. And if you screw it up, then you learn from it, and maybe try again. We just are who we become, and that's the ultimate reward. If you live like a bigot, then you get to pass beyond this life with a full realization that you ignored others to satisfy your own arrogance. You're going to feel very tricked by this kind of dogma, and then realize that you can try again under other circumstances and try to be more humble. Then when your soul has the wisdom and burning sense of our interconnectedness, and that love and authenticity are real forces, then you may transcend into a higher spiritual realm because it will make sense to you. This type of dogma is a shirt circuit, trying to do and say and think the right things to jump to theosis directly. It can't work like that because that doesn't make sense. Why would it?

I love president Oaks he has a very unique way about every topic. Once I actually saw him chose the opposite side of the topic then the current prophet at the time. After he had time to live and experience this life and became an apostle he confessed that the prophet was right and he was wrong on this topic in his memoirs he admitted such. That impressed me more than I can say integrity and humility are almost impossible to find in highly educated and powerful men but not president Oaks. I have been blessed enough to see the other world several times and each time what I saw changed my mind. The most important part is humility and a broken heart that leads you back to truth. What I have seen is true at that specific time just for me. I do not have the keys to speak or teach for anyone but myself. The most important part of life is prayer your relationship with heaven, next is maintaining the Gods Spirit in our lives, finally your wills must be one. As we progress through life our choices will begin to make us one with heaven or separate us from it and only a humble and broken heart will allow his spirit to let us decern for ourselves where we are. That said, there are a few problems with this video.
It was altered, not just edited.
The background was replaced and the pulpit was added in, because the original video did not show much of it.
Those changes were completely unnecessary.
The problem today with AI, is it can alter or reproduce with near perfect accuracy. So to ensure you are showing the original video, and show others you have not altered it with AI, don't alter it. That helps establish creditability to your channel.
I am sure the LDS Church are not going to go after you for copyright violations if you represent the original video unedited, because they want to world to hear what the say.
When you get into altering the video, and if that includes any crucial part during the message, then the Church can sue.
