This interview sounds to me like an amalgamation of all the standard new age tropes I've heard since the 90's.
The "Galactic Federation" stuff, if they can chose a human life, don't that make 'starseeds' of us all? After all, none of us souls originates from this stone in space.
Btw in what way are 'the mantids' evil? What's their purpose/agenda/end game? How many are they? Where did they come from? And why would they be free to mess with our free will if the 'good guys' aren't? Or are they just smarter than the goodies? After all, how come the mantids are so highly evolved if they are 'evil' – are you saying that being evil is a good way to evolve and ascend? Or did God make an oopsie? Or that karma doesn't apply to them? Or they are just doing their job as villains in the big play and everything is as it should be, and therefore there's no need to worry about anything?
Also I have a hard time with this popular notion of jumping between timelines and the misuse of the word 'quantum'.
If the world will go nuclear kaboom, it feels like a understandable albeit childish wish to "jump" to somewhere safe – but what happens to the souls that already inhabits that safe timeline? Are they kicked out from their bodies so we can take their place? Or is a whole new universe created in that moment with trillions of galaxies, just so mankind can escape doom? If so what happened to the old universe? Did it cease to exist, with all the untold billions of beings on other planets? Seems very egoistic and narcissistic of us. And how would the jump take place, in detail? Would we see the missiles be fired, then – ZAP! The sky is suddenly clear, and we're all a bit dizzy and everyone are friends again.

When you die, and you leave your body, and become just your soul, you're no longer a human nor an alien, just a soul. So this thing of aliens walking around in human suits makes no sense to me. When you incarnate, you become what you incarnate in, your soul does not remember if it was an alien, a human or whatever. From the soul point of view, you're no longer any of what you have been in a previous life, and you always start from zero in your new life. There are no aliens in human suits helping people to awake. You cannot awake anyone if you do not remember who you were, and have forgotten everything you learned in previous lives, and this is the same for every human being on Earth.
