  1. Death doesnt exist so that phrase has no meaning and is actually totally incorrect and inaccurate. Forgot who off hand asked Jesus if he lived before and he said…many times, so yes it does state and teach about past lives

  2. "appointed once to die and then the judgement"
That applies to reincarnation too. You die as you now only one time and then you get judged. If you meet the moral standard to go to Heaven, then you go to Heaven, if not, you return to Earth, if you got worse, you go to hell.

"to be absent from the body and present with the Lord"
Yeah, you're with the Lord, for judgement, to decide where you'll move on next. You added the eternity part, the line doesn't say for eternity, not does the rest of the chapter imply it.

" Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it."
Basically reiterates the points I made above. The body is temporary and transient, the soul is immortal. Your soul can live forever but your body cannot. It says that the spirit will return to God but doesn't articulate what he does with it or what happens afterwards. If you succeed in being a Christian it's eternal life for you. None of the quotes debunk reincarnation, you'll have to find other ones.

  3. A lot of secret teachings are hidden from the Bible. Souls who do not reach Christ Consciousness return to earth, until they reach enlightenment and return permanently to Heaven (and can travel to other worlds if they wish). Where does human wisdom and soul maturity and all talents come from? I don't believe that he can do that in one life, it wouldn't be fair..

  4. No one knows exactly. Maybe the eternal fire and hell is actually a reincarnation cycle, suffering life until we get it right?? Not only is there Earth in this universe, it is proven there is a high probability that life exists somewhere else. It is open ended. Maybe it's literally, maybe not. We will know after death

  5. I believe the little babies who remember. They remember details and names from their past, and some of them remember God as well as Jesus. I sometimes wonder if it could be a redo over and over until that day of judgement. šŸ¤”

  6. The bible only speaks for christians or those who believe the bible, not for everybody. And that's OK and fine with me. Hindus, Buddhists and other religions or folk who believe in reincarnation will reincarnate as many times as they want. Christians won't I am sorry. LOL.

  7. There will be a come back but at the end of all things. To rule with Christ or to be eternally judged.

Could also the judgment be of whether you are given a chance or not to return? Just thinking out loud.

  8. People misread the bible going into it thinking in a religous aspect, sorry to tell yall but reincarnation does exist, we are souls with goals. Theres too many kids and toddlers that have talked about memories before conception like death and "the father" coming to get them, and putting them in the womb

  9. Actually Jesus in Mathew 11;11. Tells you all that John the Baptist IS Elijah who was to come!. Read your Bible. How can John the Baptist be Elijah? If it wasn't Elijah (second coming)!. Jesus teaches all about being born again in Mathew 11

  10. Jesus never taught hell. He taught (born again)!. Control freaks twist christ words since he spoke them. Follow Jesus only. Saul the conman Paul. Dishonoring his mother and father who named him. Changed his name and appearance. Bares false witness of himself. Peter denied christ and requested to be crucified upside down because of that fact. His death is significant!. See to twist christ words is all those books do. Instead read christ words alone. Then compare stories. Lot to see In that book you're all missing

  11. Wow, way to mold it into your beleifs. Many christians think they know it all only because they havent had an ego death yet. Humble yourself, seek the truth, and dont just beleive it because you read it in a book.

  12. Your dead men shall live, together with my dead body shall they arise. Awake and sing, ye that dwell in dust: for your dew is as the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast out the dead. ISAIAH 26:19

And moreover I saw under the sun the place of judgment, that wickedness was there; and the place of righteousness, that iniquity was there. ECCLESIASTES 3:16

All go unto one place; all are of the dust, and all turn to dust again. Who knows the ruach of man that goes upward, and the ruach of the beast that goes downward to the earth? ECCLESIASTES 3:20-21

Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto YAHAWAH who gave it. ECCLESIASTES 12:7

YAHAWAH created man of the earth, and turned him into it again. SIRACH 17:1

For after death shall the judgment come, when we shall live again: and then shall the names of the righteous be manifest, and the works of the wicked shall be declared. 2 EZRA 14:35

  13. They may of thought that back then but more and more evidence is showing that some people can be reincarnated to learn knew lessons some say on many different planets.
Here’s one young boy remembering his past life:

    there’s many more like this.
Not to discredit the Bible, for most Gods judgement will be final but reincarnation is in the Bible as well:

    Matthew 17:10–13
Jesus identifies John the Baptist with the prophetic role of Elijah:
ā€œBut I tell you, Elijah has already come, and they did not recognize him.

I personally think we’ve small knowledge of the afterlife and God works in mysterious ways.

  14. Paul never met Jesus, didn't know Jesus, never actually heard Jesus teach, never traveled with Him, never ate with Him…but the Apostles did…paul claims he had a vision of the Christ. Kinda like folks today who say they've seen christ and then try and run a cult. Paul created a cult

  15. No. What this dude said doesn't disprove anything, but neither anywhere does God, Jesus Christ, the prophets or the disciples discuss the subject.
And nowhere in the scriptures is there any proof of reincarnation. Nowhere is it the word even mentioned nor alluded to. It is not Biblical.
But certain key passages, like the ones dude mentioned above, "Once dead, thats it." There is no "Coming Back" clearly tell you that reincarnation is impossible.
A God-fearing follower of Christ searches the scriptures, discovers answers, and finds the truth. Those lost without Christ remain in darkness about such things, they question, and when shown Biblical reasoning, they fail to understand. Because they know not God. So how can you explain the wisdom of God and the mysteries of life to them whom are valed from the truth?

You must love and trust God in Christ Jesus. The only person who will ever learn and understand the Living Word of Truth, is the Child of God, in the Spirit of Him, Father, Creator.
    In Jesus' name. Amen

  16. We agree on having souls, but you must think the body holds the soul vs truth of the soul holding the body. The soul is God. Itself, The creator whose countiousness thought up the universes 44 big bangs ago. So longer than even Science has considered but it's in the math now. Ask an enlightened guru or monk. They have truth if you ask they will answer. Truth is the religion. I found them through science. They now have bridged the gap but western society won't publish but the institution of higher learning is University of Virginia self publishing on line google the above U of V then reincarnation proof by past life experience children & and NDE.

Rethink to discovery who Christ was actually.

Matthew 17:10-13 in a nutshell, Jesus Christ said Elijah is John the Baptist therefore Jesus Christ said Elijah reincarnated as John the Baptist. Cross reference to Matthew 11:1-15 in a nutshell, Jesus Christ said John the Baptist is Elijah therefore Jesus Christ said John the Baptist reincarnation of Eli

  18. The father.
    The son
    The Holy Spirit.
No one could possibly be all three yet someone is all three? He died on the cross for our sins but reappeared. I’d think the bible is filled with proof of reincarnation.
We repeat until we master something. We repeat until we stop making the same mistakes.
Watch the movie ā€œthe great floodā€. Just don’t think of it in terms of AI.
When we ARE ā€œabsentā€ of the body we ARE ā€œpresent with the lordā€ā€¦.until we go back to learn something more…many times until we have reached the highest level of understanding worthy of being by his side.
He died for our sins. We die for our sins. We repeat…in hell to our hearts and minds at times. We are already living in hell. We have to repeat until we figure out how to love the way we are meant to live with pure love and understanding in our hearts.
