John J. Davis – Near-Death Experience
The survivor of a Near-Death Experience, John Davis’ account is far more detailed and extraordinary than what we usually hear or read about. His experience occurred while he was in the hospital undergoing surgery when his heart stopped. Rather than seeing the white light or going through a tunnel, he was transported directly to the Other Side.
In this presentation, he shares his account of what happens when we die, what we do when we’re there, and the knowledge that our loved ones are there and happy too. He says death is an illusion and that the Other Side is our real home.
Filmed at the 2019 We Don’t Die conference in Orlando, Florida

2 years agoI really enjoy hearing John telling us about his experience he had in his NDE. I hear a lot of people's NDE's but this is my favorite one. I like that he went into more details on what happens when we first enter the heavenly realm. I think John is more spot on, on what happens when we crossover to the other side more than any other person that had an NDE. Thank you for sharing your experience.

2 years agoOh my I know the warmth and love you felt when you we there. I was not sick but my husband was and I assisted and went with him to part of his journey. I had said to God please let me know he will be okay and I saw so much it was a privilege to leave earth and travel with him.

2 years agoJohn, Thank you for your work. I have had the same experiences but split-up over 68-years. For me, the library also contained every book that was written to help people or inspire them. It happened when I was writing a book called 'Love's Mysterious Ways.' The knowing/feeling of the experience was that it doesn't matter if our writing here is published or not; if it's done with our purest intention, it's published and contained in this cosmic library for all to experience. By experience; meaning it's as if we merge with the experience/message in the book, as if we are the author.

2 years agoI admit it's a nice fantasy, but so is Santa (up to the age of reasoning-which this guy apparently didn't experience in THIS life). So apparently, in this supernatural and magical afterlife, we appear-think-experience-choose-and essentially are human. AND instead of clicking on the “I want to be beautiful and rich Life Experience”, more savvy and experienced tourists click on “I want to be a starving child in Somalia and die at age 7 from disease”. Somehow “over there” we're wise beyond our earthly experience but choose the worst possible existence to “learn” suffering, etc. So I can watch people being murdered, tortured, raped, and brutalized as a sort of entertainment in the “viewing rooms” in Heaven? I can't wait to see the Great Pyramids being constructed and all the slave labor and suffering it surely required. Same goes for Jesus' bloody, gruesome crucifixion and watching young men cut down in their teens at Normandy in 1944. For entertainment no less. Life is suffering for all-to some extent and one not need wish for it to “learn”. It's coming to you regardless. We also use scrolls and dip-pens in the afterlife? No computers or at least typewriters? And we all have mastered calligraphy? I enjoy puffing the h-opium pipe as much as anyone, but come on people. Are we that far gone we'll believe in utter fantasy? When we die we don't suffer, enjoy, hope, dread, fear, lust, loathe, hate, love, envy, or in general want for anything. Not being alive (annihilation to oblivion) is a complete void, and THAT is what reunites us after the game ends. Death is the same eternal painless, non-experience as it was for the eternal time prior to our birth. No need to fear it or candy it up like this. Read Mark Twain's “Letters from the Earth” to see how an actual intellectual giant addressed these sorts of things. What we do when alive is what counts, and that's our eternal legacy. We can leave a legacy of heaven or hell, but a majority (I hope anyhow) fall somewhere closer to the side of goodness.

2 years agoOn December 8, 1980, John Lennon was shot and killed by his jealous Beatles fan, Mark David Chapman outside his home in the dekota in New York City. I believe his death was an accident because it wasn't planned by the other side. It was planned by Mark David Chapman who purposely killed him.

2 years agoI listen to so many nde stories and i am sure there are many soul levels, this guy is sure at very high level, so he could just blinked and be home when died. Most can not do that. Some even gone to dark unpleasant places first and have no authority in making choices at all

2 years agoLet me answer something for you people. At the beginning of this story, it was 2 scrolls, One with a blue ribbon and One with a RED RIBBON…. AT THE END OF HIS STORY A MAN ALL LIGHT WITH ALL-KNOWING AND ALL-WISE HAS A RED SATCHEL ON. Mr. you did NOT open the SCROLL WITH THE RED RIBBON…..IT WAS ABOUT SALVATION AND THE… ONLY WAY.. TO MISS DEATH OR HELL! THAT WAS JESUS THE MAN OF LIFE THE ONLY WAY TO GOD AND LIFE ..RED RIBBON RED SATCH THE BLOOD OF JESUS!!! GO READ THE BIBLE AND WHAT JESUS SAID!! CHOOSE LIFE! NOT THE OTHER SCROLL>>>IT ONLY HAS MANS WAY THROUGH THE FLESH! THAT WAY IS DEATH! ….. THE DEVIL IS A LIAR AND ALSO DECEIVED EVE! YOU SAW THE BEAUTY OF HEAVEN THE ONLY WAY TO IT WHEN YOU DIE IS THROUGH JESUS OF NAZARETH THE SON OF GOD!!! READ THE BIBLE!!! IT ALSO SAYS IN THE BIBLE YOU DO NOT EVER COME BACK TO THIS LIFE. >>>NO REINCARNATION. EVER!!!!

2 years agohow is it possible that his entire family and friends were in heaven when he got there? weren't they reincarnated also?

2 years agoI am confused. If we are different people in past lives, then do those people go heaven? Would they be there when we got there? or are YOU the soul of that person in the past? Not sure if I made myself clear. Also, your soul mate, is that here on earth, or in eternity?

2 years agoThank you my NDE brother, I’ve watched your experiences in JeffMara podcast, and after that I couldn’t get enough of it, I didn’t get to see any of that in my experience, Jesus sent me back right after our conversation, it truly is a pleasure hearing all that you were able to see, is amazing man!, I wish that people could see it or remember what home looks like
Thank you, I wish you well on your path and many blessings

2 years agoHis final conclusion: he believes SOME of jesus' words. What he must do is determine if Jesus was a liar, insane, or the true son of God.

2 years agoWhy would you refer to Jesus who is God and deserves all honor and glory as "that man"???. He shed His Precious Blood for you and me to cleanse us from our sins so we may enter heaven. The Bible says it's appointed for mantis die once and then the judgement. Once not many times.

2 years agoAlthough I believe him and his experience but I believe this was HIS experience. We will not all see greco roman buildings and beautiful fields and scrolls just as he didn't experience the white light and tunnel. A tribesman from the Amazon will not have his experience.

2 years agoImagine yourself as transcendental consciousness. Now imagine it to be real. Haha, yes it's real. Then it's magical. Then it's the infinity of love and existence. It is complete freedom. You're this eternal consciousness or existence itself. The world is there because you are. You are not the body though you self identify with the passing show. Even your sense of being a seperate individual or person is an illusion. You are the foundation of time and space and everything that exists. Once you cease identify with the name and form, I am this or I am that, you revert back to your original pristine state of 'I Am'. It's pure being beyond the duality of consciousness and its movements or manifestation (this includes all the material and spiritual worlds). For reference look up advaita Vedanta or nonduality. You may also read I Am That of Nisargadatta Maharaj, a man who lived in the slums of Bombay, India and realized his true self as the all pervading consciousness, beyond all imagined or perceived duality, and beyond all causation, the source of life and love itself.
Our sense of being a person and individual is the dream of ignorance when pure consciousness identifies itself with the body and in which it lives and apparently functions, the world. We take the dream to be real, at least for the time being and go through the worldly experience or the play of opposites. If you want to be free dive deeply within yourself and find out who you are, the source of all that is and infinitely more. In reality, moksha or liberation is from the person, not of the person. There are no persons in reality as the source is one without a second. You are not what you take yourself to be, find out who you are. Stay with the sense 'I Am'. This is what Nisargadatta Maharaj taught. His book I Am That is a spiritual classic anyway but very few people are aware of the teachings including those found in A Course in Miracles. These two philosophies are closest to the truth I feel. Ultimately it is your own being that they are pointing out to. Be with yourself, investigate who are in reality, the sense of being or this 'I Am'.

2 years agoThis guy most probably had some sort of NDE but most of this he's talking about is fantasy. His body language and actions shout out he's mixing truth with lies.

2 years agoThis is not the Bible. This is just made up stuff about death. He has no idea of who's going to be where after we die.
Everyone we love will be there in the after life, why would that be? Not everyone will be in Heaven. This is a witch doctor, don't get trapped by his stories. Read the Bible and find out what really happens in the after life.

2 years agoThis was clearly invented by a human mind trying to fool people. This isn't even remotely accurate and there are too many things to mention that give that away. Just one example He describes how he watched the past on a screen of some sort while hundreds of people talk about how "time doesn't exist" and that all "past lives" are happening simultaneously. And if you were going to see or experience anything it certainly wouldn't be on a "screen." Also, no NDEr in history ever had to "check notes" when retelling their NDE. There's much, much more. I suggest he goes back and study other peoples stories and then rewrite his own.
