Check out Joseph Campbell because on the fairy tale all shamans have a similar blue print. As for Freud check a book by Bruno Battelheim on Freud and Man's Soul. If Freud was so sick what's the reason for his works to be looked in NYC for over fifty years? Would it be good to expose his sickness rather than hiding his work?
