900 yrs of ncreasingly processd sugars, carbs & food like junk has crippled our bodies…

i can't inhale, ingest or digest plant base fumes, foods or meds…

generations of th standard amercn diet s.a.d./poisons has caused autoimmune disease & has seemingly destroyd my metabolic enzymes tht process sugars & carbohydrates…

i eat a strict ruminant carnivore diet wth fasting salts, food saltd & watr…

i blieve we hv to get back to G.O.D. created/indigenous foods thru (orgnl seed keepers) & indigenous animal husbandry if we r to stop autoimmune diseases…

whether meats or plants we hv to go back to indigenous foods & lifestyles & reject ndustrialyzed foods & lifestyles…
